BC Safety Docs is a sole proprietorship operating in British Columbia, Canada. We sell digital safety document templates designed for use by BC contractors, safety officers, and employer representatives operating under WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation.

BC Safety Docs sells digital document templates as downloadable files. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. BC Safety Docs does not store payment card information.

BC Safety Docs templates are prepared with reference to WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation at the time of publication. However, regulations change and worksites vary. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any template is complete, current, or suitable for any specific worksite application.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the qualified person using the document to verify compliance with the current WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation and any applicable site-specific requirements before use. BC Safety Docs accepts no liability for any injury, loss, regulatory penalty, or other consequence arising from the use of these templates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BC Safety Docs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any template, including but not limited to workplace incidents, regulatory non-compliance, or WorkSafeBC enforcement action. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@bcsafetydocs.com. Note that we are required to retain certain financial records for a minimum period under Canadian tax law.
